Washoku Kappo Gin (Japanese Cuisine)
About
Our restaurant serves traditional Japanese cuisine. Japan is a country with significant seasonal changes, and our ingredients vary depending on the time of year. We meticulously prepare these carefully selected ingredients using methods rooted in Japanese culinary culture and technique.
Our dishes reflect the delicacy of Japanese cuisine and the beauty of its presentation. A well-balanced dish that maximizes the natural flavors of its ingredients can indeed be described as a crystallization of Japanese culture.
We offer private rooms and counter seating in a serene ambiance for your dining pleasure.
Both set course menus and à la carte options are available according to your preference. We can also flexibly accommodate ingredient alterations based on individual tastes and cultural factors.
